How to book a translation or interpreting service

1. Call us or send us an email with your requirements. You can also go to Get a Quotation section and fill in the details.

2. We will respond either by emailing or calling you within 24 hours providing you with a quotation. A final price can be given after examining the source document.

3. We will return a translated document to you via email within the agreed timeframe.

• Complex technical or long translations may take longer.
• Urgent cases can be prioritised for a premium. We offer a Standard Rate or, if the job is urgent, we can agree an Express Rate with you based on the nature of the job.

4. For telephone conferencing we will need details of:

• When you need a 'phone call/live' interpreter
• Which language combinations
• Any background information you can provide

We will do the rest. It really is as easy as it sounds!

Proofreading and revision services are also available and are calculated on an hourly basis.
